How long does an order take?
Most regular orders are ready in approximately 1–3 business days. Larger batches, new custom designs, and long prints may take around five business days or longer depending on complexity.
What materials do you print with?
Most items are printed in PLA. PETG can be recommended for products needing more heat resistance or durability.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes, subject to available filament. Multiple colours or special finishes may affect price and production time.
Can you design something from scratch?
Possibly. Send measurements, photos, sketches, and a clear description. Design and prototyping work may have an additional cost.
Do you ship?
Local Calgary pickup is the simplest option. Delivery or shipping can be discussed, with any added cost confirmed before production.
Can I return a custom item?
Because items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted. Production errors should be reported so they can be addressed.
